Glass Ceiling is an unofficially acknowledged barrier to
advancement in a profession, especially affecting women and
members of minorities.
My book is focused on women who broke the glass ceiling.
I used acetate to fill the cat outs to mimic shatters of glass. Each colour has a name that is specified at the back of the book. The story of each woman relates to each colour.
